• Invent and productionize Transformer/RAG/Graph RAG architectures that surface the right contact, company, or insight while driving quantization, distillation, and SLM fine-tuning (GTE-Qwen, modernBERT) so models stay fast and affordable at petabyte scale • Prototype and launch hybrid dense/sparse retrieval pipelines on vector DBs to build language-agnostic clustering and classification systems that power our intelligence layer • Own high-recall NER models that tag people, orgs, locations, and industry-specific entities across multi-language text, extracting structured insights from web data to improve our signal detection capabilities • Build cross-dataset entity-resolution frameworks that dedupe and merge hundreds of millions of fragmented company and person records with sub-second latency, creating enriched, unified entities enhanced with knowledge-graph signals • Design and implement agentic workflows with robust evaluation frameworks focused on NER and entity resolution tasks, including large-scale A/B and back-testing plans that close the loop from experiment to KPI uplift • Scale ML solutions and drive cross-functional impact by partnering with ML engineers to ensure production reliability, translating product goals into measurable ML KPIs, and influencing roadmap and investment decisions while mentoring junior scientists and engineers • Drive end-to-end project ownership from problem definition through deployment, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ML solutions that enhance foundation data quality across company firmographics, professional demographics, C-suite profiles, and web-extracted signals
• Design and implement components of scalable, fault-tolerant web crawling and extraction pipelines • Write clean, production-grade code in Java and Python • Build and operate ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data extraction and transformation • Work with cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS, primarily on GKE • Improve observability, reliability, and operational excellence across the systems you contribute to • Partner with product and data science teams to deliver impactful solutions • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team • Stay current with evolving web technologies, anti-crawling mechanisms, and AI-powered extraction approaches
• Assist with month-end close and GL account reconciliations, as assigned • Prepare ad hoc revenue analytics and reporting. • Prepare monthly revenue analysis report for management. • Draft footnote support for audited financial statements. • Assist with annual audit. • Direct the accounting review of contracts with customers, ensuring proper documentation under ASC 606 and that any nonstandard findings are properly documented and accounted for. • Assist management with maintaining and implementing accounting policies and procedures, especially as they relate to revenue and commission transactions. • Help with the review of technical revenue accounting items, including the drafting of policy memos. • Build and lead ZoomInfo's People Analytics & Innovation function, including hiring, developing, and managing two individual contributors • Define and execute the people analytics strategy and roadmap, translating HR and business priorities into a pipeline of high-impact analytics projects and AI-powered tools • Design and build custom AI tools, automation, and applications (using Python, MCPs, LLMs, and related technologies) that fundamentally improve how HR operates and makes decisions • Develop predictive and prescriptive models across workforce planning, attrition/retention, engagement, talent mobility, and employee experience • Create and maintain executive-ready dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that surface actionable insights for senior leadership • Own the design, deployment, and analysis of enterprise-wide qualitative instruments (e.g., employee surveys, pulse checks) and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations • Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-value analytical questions, scope projects, and deliver data-driven recommendations • Transform complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives and presentations for executive audiences, including the ELT • Establish scalable data infrastructure, governance frameworks, and measurement processes that enable a self-service analytics culture over time • Stay current on emerging trends in people analytics, AI/ML, and HR technology — and proactively identify opportunities to apply them at ZoomInfo • Collaborate with global Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure people analytics initiatives adhere to regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and internal governance policies • Partner with enterprise Data Engineering and Infrastructure teams to architect, test, and deploy analytics solutions and AI tools into production environments • Foster a team culture of experimentation, intellectual curiosity, and bias toward action
• Own a book of business comprised of ~60-80 accounts with an employee headcount over 1,000. • Drive new business opportunities within existing client organizations via white space analysis, account planning, multi-threading, prospecting into net-new business units, isolating new use cases, subsidiary acquisition, and supporting business case proposals and RFPs. • Build strong client relationships and support client retention. • Conduct online product demos and work closely with solution consultants and overlays to showcase and demonstrate the value of ZoomInfo products.
