AP Specialist

VINCI

• Support the day-to-day Accounts Payable function • Ensure accurate, timely processing of invoices and payments • Manage core AP activities and resolve routine issues • Maintain accurate vendor records and manage annual 1099 reporting • Support month-end close activities including AP accruals and reconciliations • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation efforts

Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
  • Intermediate AP processes handling experience
  • Solid understanding of AP processes and basic accounting principles
  • Exposure to internal controls, audit support, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
