Accounts Payable Supervisor – Hospitality, Food and Beverage Industry

• Manage the full AP cycle from invoice receipt and GL coding to payment execution and reconciliation • Handle accruals accurately and on schedule • Make independent payment timing decisions based on cash flow position • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor and client communication, including disputes, follow-ups, and status updates via email and phone • Maintain accurate and organized records in QuickBooks Online • Identify and flag discrepancies before they escalate • Collaborate with internal teams and US-based clients, providing clear and timely updates throughout

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience coding bills to GL accounts and managing accruals within Food & Beverage or Hospitality environments
  • Proven track record of independently owning the Accounts Payable function, not just supporting AP processes
  • Experience making payment prioritization decisions during tight cash flow periods, ideally in fast-paced restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location Food & Beverage operations
  • Demonstrated ability to handle billing disputes and manage vendor or client communication without escalation in a hospitality or service-driven setting
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, preferably used in Food & Beverage or Hospitality accounting workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the company professionally in client-facing and vendor-facing interactions
  • Comfortable working US business hours and communicating across multiple time zones
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines independently without micromanagement
