• Support the day-to-day Accounts Payable function • Ensure accurate, timely processing of invoices and payments • Manage core AP activities and resolve routine issues • Maintain accurate vendor records and manage annual 1099 reporting • Support month-end close activities including AP accruals and reconciliations • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation efforts

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and operating expense management across the organization. • Own, update and enhance the corporate financial model to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic scenario analysis for executive leadership. • Deliver proactive, data‑driven insights and recommendations that strengthen financial performance and optimize resource allocation. • Build and present business cases for strategic initiatives and transactions; track results and guide follow‑up actions. • Standardize and automate expenses, headcount, and financial reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing clear guidance on financial strategy and business decisions. • Own and communicate the operating expense narrative for executive reviews and key stakeholders. • Forecast and monitor origination volume and loan portfolio performance, including delinquency, charge‑off, recovery, and loss trends. • Partner with Risk/Credit on loss forecasting and assess financial impacts of underwriting or policy changes. • Analyze unit economics (CAC, LTV, channel profitability) to guide pricing, marketing spend, and product strategy. • Support pricing models and new product features in collaboration with Product and Risk teams. • Assist with capital planning, liquidity forecasting, and funding strategy.

• Manage compliance professional(s) and develop strategies that support monitoring functions and ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. • Identify workflow gaps, recommend improvements, and create procedures to reduce errors. • Detect, document, and analyze data to identify potential risks or non‑conformities. • Train staff on quality control standards and compliance procedures to maintain high accuracy. • Develop, update, and communicate compliance resources, policies, and procedures. • Lead cross‑functional teams and investigations to resolve compliance-related issues. • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and key stakeholders on compliance monitoring activities. • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including compliance policies (UDAAP, BSA/AML, etc.), IT policies, and the employee handbook. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Serve as the primary regulatory liaison, working with counsel as appropriate, for all supervisory examinations, inquiries, and enforcement matters involving the CFPB, FTC, state attorneys general, state banking regulators, and other applicable agencies, including end‑to‑end exam management and remediation. • Monitor federal and state regulatory developments, rulemaking, and enforcement trends, translating regulatory change into clear, actionable guidance for the business. • Oversee state lending licensure, including applications, renewals, and market expansion activities. • Lead enterprise consumer protection programs, including UDAAP and Fair Lending, overseeing risk assessments, compliance testing, marketing and product reviews, and regulatory analysis. • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state consumer financial laws governing personal lending and related consumer credit products. • Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Pricing, Technology, and Operations to embed compliance into lending product development and ongoing business activities. • Own the enterprise complaint management program, including CFPB complaint responses, root cause analysis, trend reporting, and the use of complaint insights to reduce regulatory and consumer risk. • Maintain a robust third‑party compliance oversight program, including due diligence and ongoing monitoring of vendors, service providers, and marketing partners. • Develop and oversee role‑based compliance training programs and metrics, and champion a strong speak‑up culture across the organization. • Provide regular compliance reporting to executive leadership and the Board of Directors, including regulatory developments, risk assessments, examination outcomes, and program effectiveness. • Serve as a key member of enterprise governance and risk committees, including those overseeing risk management, credit policy, and product governance. • Build, lead, and scale a high‑performing compliance organization, aligning team structure, priorities, and resources with business growth and regulatory expectations.

• Support assigned litigation matters throughout the litigation lifecycle, including tracking deadlines and maintaining organized electronic case files. • Draft and prepare initial versions of pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence under attorney supervision. • Assist with discovery processes, including document collection, organization, review coordination, and production support. • Prepare materials for hearings, depositions, and trials, including binders and exhibit organizations. • Assist attorneys with witness preparation logistics for depositions and hearings. • Conduct legal and regulatory research at the direction of Legal and Compliance leadership. • Assist with regulatory filings, licensing renewals, and maintenance of required documentation. • Support responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and information requests. • Monitor and summarize regulatory developments and legislation relevant to the business. • Assist with updates to internal policies, procedures, and training materials to support compliance requirements. • Coordinate and communicate with in‑house counsel, outside counsel, and internal business partners on routine legal matters. • Maintain accuracy and organization within legal matter management and document management systems. • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Legal team as assigned.
