• Own cross-functional global launch readiness across all GTM workstreams — ecommerce, logistics, supply chain, customer care, finance, marketing, and physical retail — ensuring every function is aligned and ready to execute on launch day • Track milestones, surface risks, and drive decisions across workstreams from NPI through post-launch, serving as the connective tissue between teams • Own launch performance tracking and post-launch retrospectives, translating insights into actionable improvements and executive-ready reporting • Partner with GTM leadership to develop repeatable frameworks, launch playbooks, and operating cadences that improve execution quality across the team
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of program management experience in consumer technology, with a track record of leading complex hardware product launches
- Hands-on experience coordinating launch readiness across ecommerce, retail, logistics, supply chain, customer care, and marketing — you've worked with these teams before and understand how they operate
- Strong track record of managing ambiguity across many concurrent workstreams and stakeholders without losing the thread
- Clear, direct communicator who can synthesize complexity for leadership and drive alignment when teams aren't naturally in sync
- Ability to identify process gaps and contribute to building the frameworks and playbooks that prevent them from recurring
