• Proactively manage a portfolio of clients using the GetGoing platform • Grow the revenue of the client's portfolio by turning customers into advocates • Lead the onboarding activities for new clients with the objective to drive speed-to-revenue • Support clients’ desired outcomes through advice, education, and digital resources • Identify growth and expansion opportunities, and work to expand client user engagement • Work with clients to create a plan that aligns with their overall strategy • Coordinate communication between GetGoing/BCD Travel and clients • Be responsible for the profitability and organic growth of your client portfolio

• Develop an all-inclusive travel program with your client • Implement a Business Plan to establish, achieve and measure the business objectives of the travel program • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers • Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordination of sales effort, pricing, and implementation • Work closely with our Implementation Specialist during onboarding of new business to ensure customer expectations are met

• Assist travelers and Travel Managers with travel requests • Troubleshoot and report platform bugs to development • Communicate with teammates and travelers to help solve problems • Build relationships with coworkers and clients • Work on multiple evolving projects
