• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic channel partners, including health plans, benefits consultants, and other ecosystem partners. • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned Strategic Alliance partners. • Develop partnership strategies, establish goals, and drive accountability for performance and growth. • Lead partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management to maximize engagement and impact. • Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify, pursue, and close strategic enterprise opportunities. • Create and execute targeted plans to increase partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. • Develop measurable activation plans and success metrics for each partnership. • Lead regular business reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions with partners. • Analyze partnership performance data and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. • Build trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders, including executive leaders and decision-makers. • Map internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and successful execution. • Act as the quarterback across multiple workstreams, ensuring momentum and accountability. • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, and Member Support teams to execute partnership initiatives. • Influence and align stakeholders across the organization to deliver an exceptional partner experience. • Help shape partnership strategy while also driving day-to-day operational execution.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, channel sales, or related commercial roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise healthcare customers, health plans, TPAs, benefits consultants, or brokers.
  • Demonstrated success building and growing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to generate, influence, and close new business opportunities through partner channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented while maintaining focus on broader business objectives.
  • Comfortable using data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and make recommendations.

Role Description This is a contractual role for 11 months. The DLS Case Manager provides case management for all types of leave of absence and disability life events. The DLS Case Manager is highly skilled in answering questions, understanding the employee’s situation, applying the appropriate benefits, responding to changing circumstances and needs, and paves the way for a connected and trusted case management experience. Case Managers are the single point of contact for an employee throughout an entire leave of absence or disability event.
