• Akquise & Gewinnung von Neukunden • Du identifizierst eigenständig passende Zielkunden aus dem Fachhandel oder gemeinsam mit unserem Handelspartner beim Baugewerbe und nimmst den Erstkontakt telefonisch auf. • Im persönlichen Gespräch führst Du eine Bedarfsanalyse durch, präsentierst passende Lösungen und überzeugst Neukunden durch Deine klare Argumentation. • Du erstellst individuelle Angebote und führst die Verhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. • Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden: Du pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aktiv weiter, baust sie strategisch aus und stärkst die Partnerschaft mit passenden Maßnahmen. • Du identifizierst zusätzliche Potenziale, förderst Cross- und Upselling-Möglichkeiten und sorgst für eine hohe Zufriedenheit unser Handelspartner. • Anwendungs- und Produktpräsentationen auf der Baustelle: Du demonstrierst unsere Lösungen direkt im praktischen Einsatz – z. B. auf Baustellen, in Werkstätten oder beim Fachhandel. • Professionelles Arbeiten im Vertriebsalltag: Du strukturierst Deine Vertriebswoche eigenverantwortlich, behältst Deine KPIs im Blick und leitest aus Deinen Ergebnissen die richtigen Maßnahmen ab.
Job Requirements
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Neukundengewinnung oder im technischen Außendienst
- Freude an praktischer Arbeit und technisches Verständnis – idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Bautechnik, Handwerk oder Vermessung
- Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft, täglich im Außendienst unterwegs zu sein
- Empathie, Abschlussstärke und die Fähigkeit, Handelspartner und Anwender für Produkte und Lösungen zu begeistern
- Eigeninitiative, Ehrgeiz und Disziplin – Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist belastbar und lässt Dich von einem „Nein“ nicht aus der Spur bringen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
