• Customer acquisition and new business development • You independently identify suitable target customers within specialist retailers or, together with our trade partner, within the construction industry, and initiate first contact by phone. • In face-to-face meetings you conduct a needs analysis, present suitable solutions, and win over new customers with clear argumentation. • You prepare tailored offers and negotiate through to a successful close. • Management of existing customers • You actively maintain existing customer relationships, develop them strategically, and strengthen the partnership with targeted measures. • You identify additional potential, promote cross- and upselling opportunities, and ensure high satisfaction among our trade partners. • On-site product and application demonstrations • You demonstrate our solutions directly in practical use—e.g., on construction sites, in workshops, or at specialist retailers. • Professional conduct in daily sales operations • You independently structure your sales week, keep track of your KPIs, and derive the right actions from your results. • You record all important customer information, visit reports, offer statuses and opportunities in a structured way in our CRM system.
