• Define and evolve the product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Lead and develop teams of Product Managers and AI Product Builders. • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and risk. • Ensure data-driven decision-making by tracking metrics and outcomes. • Ensure quality, scalability, and sustainability of solutions in partnership with the technology team. • Build alignment across business, pedagogical, data, and technology areas. • Communicate results, risks, and priorities to executive leadership.
Job Requirements
- Experience in digital product management and leading product teams.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI and LLMs, including quality evaluation, limitations, and risks of AI-based solutions.
- Ability to review prototypes and technical solutions, identifying security, scalability, cost, and maintainability risks.
- Familiarity with data analysis, product metrics, and BI tools.
- Understanding of modern digital product architecture (APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud services).
- Experience with or familiarity with rapid prototyping tools and AI-assisted development.
- Knowledge of best practices in security, privacy, and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), especially in educational contexts.
