• Generalist role in Human Resources, handling recruitment processes for the Multitude group (second-stage hires), supporting performance and development cycles, providing support to leaders and employees, and liaising with the Payroll/HR Operations team and other people management-related activities. • Responsible for managing Multitude vacancies from profile alignment through to completion of the recruitment process, in coordination with and supported by Bernoulli’s Recruitment & Selection team. • Supporting leaders with job requisitions and other people management-related requests. • Serving as a point of contact for employee and leadership inquiries, interfacing with the Payroll/HR Operations team as needed. • Supporting performance evaluations and employee development cycles.

• Manage the production and validation of educational assessments, mock exams, and supplementary materials, ensuring pedagogical quality, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with institutional guidelines. • Coordinate the annual production planning for assessments and content, defining schedules, priorities, and workflows in collaboration with pedagogical and executive teams. • Perform technical and pedagogical review of content, ensuring standardization, curriculum alignment, and excellence of printed and digital materials. • Monitor feedback from schools and internal departments, promoting continuous improvements in processes, assessments, and educational materials. • Lead teams and suppliers involved in the editorial, printing, and assessment production chain, ensuring operational efficiency and delivery quality. • Manage the area's budget, contracts, and performance indicators, focusing on resource optimization, compliance, and operational performance.

• Content Curation: Analyze, provide technical assessments, and give feedback to authors, suggesting, requesting, and making adjustments. • Ensure conceptual, didactic, and methodological correctness in accordance with applicable legal guidelines. • Guarantee theoretical and pedagogical quality and compliance with educational directives. • Develop proposals for restructuring and improving publications based on management requests and newly applied guidelines. • Negotiation and Validation of Iconographic Resources: Review, negotiate, and validate iconographic resources and illustrations. • Perform preliminary assembly of materials and define digital content in collaboration with Art Editors. • Verify and approve stages of review and layout/typesetting according to the publication scope. • Adapt language according to the target readers' age group. • Perform checks in accordance with the editorial procedures established for each collection. • Proofreading of Laid-out Materials: Check verbal and non-verbal text within images, including credits, source, references, captions, and titles. • Ensure legibility of images, comic strips, charts, infographics, and artwork, ordering figures throughout the material. • Verify that maps comply with cartographic standards. • Ensure correct application of icons and section text, maintaining the visual quality of the material. • Check the ordering and repetition of questions. • Confirm that module/chapter titles and nomenclature align with the syllabus/Course Content. • Verify table of contents, pagination, headers, sidebars, page numbering, and style application. • Collaboration with the Editorial Team: Work together with the editorial team to create multimedia content that enriches and complements instructional materials. • Content Quality Assurance: Ensure that all written and/or revised content meets established pedagogical and editorial quality standards and aligns with the learning objectives set for the segment. • Continuous Updating: Stay current with guiding documents, new trends, best practices, and innovations in basic education to ensure that developed content is relevant and effective. • Propose and implement Artificial Intelligence tools that optimize processes.

• Develop strategies for data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization, taking into account the different types of data involved, with a focus on Big Data (Data Lake, Delta Lake). • Ensure the project is aligned with the company’s strategic vision and with data governance standards (to be established by this role in collaboration with the area’s Data Architect). • Manage a multidisciplinary data team, including data engineers, data analysts, data architect, and other related profiles. • Foster a collaborative and motivating environment that promotes the team’s professional development. • Oversee the integrity, security, and quality of the data collected and used in the project. • Implement data governance best practices to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to protect data against threats and vulnerabilities. • Identify opportunities to implement new technologies or methodologies that can optimize data management and analysis.

• Participation in projects - Participate in low-complexity projects within your area of responsibility, executing activities according to received guidance • Participation in the accounting close - Contribute to the accounting close within the deadline established by the company, performing the tasks assigned in the schedule • Reclassifications and accounting entries - Perform manual or imported reclassifications and accounting entries, in accordance with the chart of accounts mapping in the TOTVS RM system • Post entries in the TOTVS RM system - Process entries and integrations in the TOTVS RM system, ensuring that accounting information is recorded in a timely manner • Reconciliation analyses - Support all reconciliation analyses of low and medium complexity, working under the supervision of Seniors, Specialists and Coordination • Report extraction - Extract reports, trial balances and other documentation to support analyses and provide assistance to the department • Analysis and inclusion of asset items - Analyze and add asset items in the Bonum system, ensuring the recorded control of the company’s fixed assets • Service request handling - Respond to tickets in Gestão X and requests from other areas, contributing with best business practices

• Financial Modeling and Valuation: Develop and manage complex models for asset valuation and long-term project feasibility. • Planning Cycle: Support coordination of Budget and Forecast processes, linking financial planning to growth targets. • Sensitivity Analysis: Create risk scenarios and simulations to support decision-making by the executive team and C-levels. • Value KPIs: Design indicators to monitor the efficiency of capital allocation and the economic value generation of business units.
