• Map the full customer journey end to end, from signup to the moments that predict paid conversion, and then to the behaviors that signal long-term engagement • Quantify the breakages: where does the funnel leak, by how much, and against which user segments • Design and run experiments to address the largest breakages using the tools best suited to each opportunity, including in-app prompts, email, onboarding redesign, pricing prompts, and feature surfacing • Own the full lifecycle communication stack: email, in-app messages, push, tooltips, empty states, upgrade prompts, and win-back campaigns • Define success with clear KPIs, track them on a regular cadence, and keep the team aligned around them • Use AI aggressively for lifecycle copy, segmentation, lead scoring, alerts, and personalization

• Provide empathetic, timely support across email, help center, video, and calls resolving issues with care and professionalism • Report bugs, and partner with Product and Engineering to drive resolutions, Troubleshoot issues • Share customer insights and recurring feedback with the team to continuously improve the user experience • Identify patterns in support requests and proactively suggest process or product improvements • Help with the onboarding experience for new users and advisor clients • Proactively check in with key accounts to understand how they're using the platform and where they may be stuck • Drive product adoption by educating users on features and workflows relevant to their specific use case • Gather and document customer feedback, use cases, and success stories to inform product direction • Manage subscriptions, upgrades, renewals, and account transfers in collaboration with Sales • Prepare and send invoices, follow up on payments, and handle contracts for enterprise accounts • Schedule and lead product demos and training sessions for clients

• Develop and maintain scalable features for our SaaS web platform using Typescript • Develop delightful interactive front-end interfaces using React • Implement back-end RESTful APIs using Node.js and NestJS and integrate these with the user interface • Test, troubleshoot, debug and optimize production issues across diverse infrastructure, including databases, queues, caches, distributed microservices, and client-side data layers • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand financial data and build software that provides correct results • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve performance, security and code quality • Identify and help prioritize technical debt to maintain a high team velocity

• Drive the architecture and technical roadmap for core backend services • Lead the design and implementation of scalable APIs and data processing pipelines • Guide critical initiatives that impact multiple teams and business areas • Collaborate with engineering leadership to raise the bar on system performance, reliability, and maintainability • Mentor engineers across teams and foster a culture of technical ownership • Debug and optimize distributed systems and large-scale data flows • Act as a force multiplier — identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and enabling others to move faster • Work with modern technologies including TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, and Kubernetes

• Own advisor workflows end to end, including portfolio analytics, credit, and options • Lead discovery through structured user interviews, usage data, and direct customer feedback • Translate complex portfolio and performance concepts into intuitive, trustworthy workflows • Own projects from problem definition through delivery, including PRDs, task breakdown, execution, and launch • Partner closely with engineering to deliver accurate, performant, and scalable analytics • Communicate timelines, tradeoffs, and changes clearly across the company • Make thoughtful tradeoffs between correctness, usability, and speed • Be accountable for outcomes, not just output
