Role Description We are seeking an experienced Product Designer (UI/UX) with 8+ years of experience designing modern SaaS platforms, enterprise software, and business applications. This is a project-based role for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer who can quickly understand complex business requirements and transform them into intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences. - Design end-to-end user experiences for SaaS products, web applications, and enterprise solutions. - Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define and refine product requirements. - Simplify complex workflows into intuitive and engaging user experiences. - Design dashboards, CRM, ERP, workflow automation tools, and other business applications. - Conduct usability reviews and recommend UX improvements based on user behavior and business objectives. - Ensure consistency across products through scalable design systems and reusable components. - Deliver high-quality designs within fast-paced project timelines. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer. - Proven experience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise software, CRM, ERP, or other business applications. - Expert-level proficiency in Figma. - Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design work and problem-solving capabilities. - Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks efficiently. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Expertise in designing highly interactive user experiences, including advanced prototyping, animations, micro-interactions, and seamless user flows for SaaS and enterprise applications. Requirements - Experience working with Agile/Scrum product teams. - Familiarity with front-end development concepts and developer handoff processes. - Experience creating and maintaining enterprise-scale design systems. • Produce 30+ static creatives daily for Meta, including iterations and format tests. • Independently source references and build a library of layouts that perform. • Create variations of top-performing creatives — new visuals, new copy, fresh angles — without additional briefing. • Track the performance of your creatives and suggest design-led improvements. • Research and test new AI tools for static production to work faster and smarter. • Build production automations to make the workflow more efficient. • Create visuals for longreads and advertorials. • Support funnel design as needed.

Bridge the gap between technology and design by maintaining InDesign templates, ensuring brand compliance, and managing print relations. Serve as a design representative in a transformation squad to enhance production efficiency.
