Corporate Sales Engineer

• Own the technical conversation across the cybersecurity space – e.g., AV, EDR, Incident Response, Forensics, SIEM, MDR, AI Security, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, and more • Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and technical expertise • Manage and execute Proof of Values (POVs) by demonstrating the unique value and capabilities of the CrowdStrike platform against customer requirements • Clearly articulate the CrowdStrike platform's value proposition, competitive differentiation, and technical advantages to both technical and executive audiences • Rapidly learn, internalize, and evangelize new CrowdStrike products and capabilities as they come to market — you'll be expected to go from learning to teaching to selling, quickly. • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should be the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers • Effective time management and organizational skills a must

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sales engineering, IT, consulting, Digital Forensics and Incident Response, or related field.
  • Ability for travel as required
  • Knowledge of malware analysis, threat intelligence, vulnerability management and risk prioritization frameworks (CISA KEV, CVSS, etc)
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts as they apply to threat detection, anomaly detection, or security automation — ability to speak credibly to both skeptics and enthusiasts
  • Ability to write and modify basic scripts. Preferred languages are PowerShell, Python, and Bash
  • Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies
  • Experience with large scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
  • Proficient understanding of legacy and modern identity and SSO providers; such as, Active Directory, Entra ID, PAM Solutions, etc
  • Customer facing experience and being comfortable leading presentations
  • Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS or participating in security events such as capture the flag is a bonus

Tu rol será clave para elevar la madurez operativa de Soluciones de Pago, liderando proyectos de transformación de flujos de datos y procesos de alta complejidad, transformando información compleja en tableros de control automatizados. Tu trabajo impactará directamente en la eficiencia, escalabilidad y cumplimiento regulatorio de la operación de cobranza del neobanco regulado. El objetivo es soportar la analítica predictiva, optimizar mediante fine-tuning las asignaciones de carteras a agencias externas, y liderar iniciativas de innovación tecnológica como la implementación de agentes de Inteligencia Artificial para el control de morosidad, castigos y recuperaciones. Responsibilities - Diseño e Implementación de Pipelines de Datos: Desarrollar y mantener flujos de datos automatizados y operacionales para la asignación y segmentación de carteras de cobranza utilizando procedimientos almacenados eficientes. - Automatización de Reporting & MIS: Construir y disponibilizar soluciones de visualización y control de gestión en tiempo real mediante Looker Studio (e integración con Google Al), eliminando la reportería manual y robusteciendo el gobierno de datos. - Gestión en Ecosistemas Modernos de Datos: Interactuar de manera nativa con arquitecturas de tipo Lakehouse y herramientas operacionales corporativas de Tenpo (ej. Antigravity) para asegurar el correcto procesamiento de la data transaccional e histórica de clientes en mora. - Proyectos de Innovación (Agente IA para Cobranzas): Colaborar en el diseño técnico y despliegue de un Agente de Inteligencia Artificial enfocado en la automatización y eficiencia de los flujos analíticos previos y posteriores al castigo de cuentas de difícil recuperación. - Aseguramiento de Continuidad Operativa (Plan de Backup): Documentar y co-administrar junto con el liderazgo técnico los motores de cobranza y procesos paramétricos integrados en la suite de Google y servidores SFTP, garantizando la resiliencia del área ante cualquier contingencia. - Cumplimiento normativo: Asegurar que los procesos de cobranza y la relación con proveedores externos cumplan con la normativa CMF vigente en materia de cobranza y protección al consumidor financiero. - Liderazgo de proyectos de transformación de procesos operativos y de datos: Diseñar e implementar proyectos de rediseño, estandarización y automatización de procesos críticos del área, gestionando el ciclo completo desde el diagnóstico hasta el go-live y el monitoreo post-implementación. - Mentoría y desarrollo del equipo: Transferir conocimiento metodológico al equipo de analistas de procesos y datos, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua y rigor en toda el área. Qualifications - Profesional titulado/a de Ingeniería Informática, Estadística, Ingeniería Civil Industrial o carreras afines con sólida base cuantitativa y lógica de programación. - Español: nativo. - Inglés: nivel intermedio, suficiente para leer frameworks metodológicos, documentación técnica y herramientas de gestión de procesos. - Entre 4 y 6 años en roles de procesos, mejora continua, operaciones o calidad en la industria financiera o afín. - Haber liderado proyectos de rediseño o automatización de procesos en entornos financieros. - Experiencia en gestión de riesgo operacional o control interno de procesos. - Haber colaborado con equipos de TI o Datos para implementar soluciones tecnológicas sobre procesos de negocio. - Experiencia en fintechs, neobancos o empresas de servicios financieros de alta escala transaccional es un plus.
