Role Description Take full ownership of your own portfolio of client accounts at a remote, Google-first lead generation agency working with Australian mortgage brokers, with strong performance-based earnings and a clear path into senior roles and leadership as you grow. This is a full ownership role where you run a pod of mortgage broker client accounts end to end as the account manager, strategist, and client lead in one. You will: - Manage Google Ads campaigns against proven frameworks. - Build and optimise landing pages. - Set up and maintain client CRMs. - Own the day-to-day client relationship from performance updates through to monthly review calls. - Work across Google Ads, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Slack, and ClickUp, supported by established templates, documented SOPs, and AI tools for copy. The agency runs a performance-driven, retainer-based model with strong case studies and a growing client base. High performers move into senior roles with larger portfolios and leadership responsibility as it scales. Qualifications - 3+ years of Google Ads experience in a client-facing or account management role. - Experience in lead generation, ideally within mortgage broking or professional services. - Ability to diagnose a campaign problem without being told where to look. - Confident running client calls, delivering results updates, and managing expectations professionally. - Clear, professional spoken and written English, as you will represent the brand directly with clients. - Proficiency across Google Ads, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Slack, and ClickUp, or the ability to pick them up quickly. - A drive to own a portfolio outright and be rewarded for the results you produce. Requirements - Stable work-from-home setup (reliable internet, laptop/desktop, quiet workspace). - Proactive attitude, able to follow up clients and third parties without being prompted. - Able to commit to a minimum of 4 hours of active overlap per day within Australian business hours (9am to 5pm AEST/AEDT).
