Role Description We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Bilingual RN Case Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive case management services across the continuum of care. The RN Case Manager will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate care for assigned consumers, ensuring quality outcomes and cost-effective treatment. This role is based in our Dubuque office and is also available remotely. - Provide telephonic case management and utilization review for assigned consumers. - Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans to ensure quality and cost-effective outcomes. - Collaborate with healthcare providers, payors, and internal teams to coordinate care. - Serve as a liaison between consumers and benefit administrators, ensuring clear communication and support. - Track and report case outcomes, including cost savings and quality improvements. Qualifications - Bilingual: the ability to speak Spanish. - Education: RN licensure in the State of Iowa required. BSN or higher preferred. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical practice. • Deliver exceptional service to clients, including prompt responses to inquiries, analysis of plan performance, regular review sessions, and implementation of innovative strategies as appropriate. • Facilitate the renewal process for various coverage types, ensuring all associated reporting is completed and delivered to relevant parties at least 90+ days prior to client renewal. • Act as the central gatekeeper for all information pertaining to client renewals or mid-year changes, distributing collected information to relevant departments (e.g., Accounting, Admin staff, Stop Loss, Customer Service) and addressing any additional information needs. • Lead virtual and in-person meetings with clients and/or brokers to provide Open Enrollment support and collaborative renewal discussions.
• Investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling workers compensation claims on behalf of our clients. • Communicating with a wide variety of individuals, to include CEO's, claimants, providers offices, and attorneys. • Handling claims in multiple jurisdictions is vital for success in this role.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships from onboarding through renewal • Lead client meetings, claims reviews, and stewardship sessions, presenting actionable insights on claim performance, trends, and outcomes • Monitor claims handling quality and TPA performance, ensuring adherence to best practices, service standards, and regulatory requirements • Partner with adjusters, supervisors, and leadership to resolve escalations and improve claim outcomes • Analyze claims data (frequency, severity, lag time, expenses) to recommend cost containment and program optimization strategies • Support implementation of new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition of claims handling and reporting • Assist with contracts, renewals, and financial reconciliation, including claim costs and program performance • Participate in sales presentations and finalist meetings, showcasing claims expertise and service capabilities

You will prepare new and current employees for success by coordinating training plans, delivering instruction, evaluating progress, and identifying ongoing development needs.
