Role Description We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to support our US market expansion by proactively reaching out to IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This is a pure inside sales role focused on cold calling, outreach, and meeting generation. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong calendar management, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently. This position operates in the night shift (India) to align with US EST time zones. Key Responsibilities - Conduct high-volume cold calling to IT MSPs in the US to generate qualified meetings - Execute structured outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone - Schedule and manage meetings for senior leadership with prospective clients - Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and improve conversion rates - Manage and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate activity tracking - Coordinate calendars, appointments, and communication as part of the sales process - Understand client needs at a high level and position company services effectively - Support the sales pipeline by ensuring steady flow of qualified opportunities - Provide post-meeting follow-up support and maintain engagement with prospects Qualifications - Proven experience in inside sales, cold calling, or business development (US/International market preferred) - Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (non-negotiable) - Strong confidence in handling outbound calls and speaking with decision-makers - Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools - Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot - Strong organizational and time management skills, especially for calendar coordination - Ability to work night shifts (aligned to US EST) - Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a high-rejection environment Preferred - Experience selling to or working with IT MSPs or technology services - Prior experience in B2B services or outsourcing industry Benefits - Direct exposure to global (US-based) clients - Fast-paced learning and growth environment - Flexible working structure - Opportunities for international travel - Strong career progression in sales Disclaimer The requirements listed in this document are the minimum levels of knowledge, skills, or abilities. Position: CRM Specialist (HubSpot Implementation) Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance and business need) Preferred Location: Bangalore preferred, but open to remote within India. We are looking for someone who can lead and support the implementation and optimization of HubSpot CRM. This is a hands-on role focused on setup, configuration, automation, reporting, and system integrations.
