Role Description Balsam International Unlimited Company – Philippine Regional Operating Headquarters (hereafter “Balsam International” or “Team Manila”) is looking for an individual independent contractor to take on the role of Growth Marketing Analyst. This role involves delivering specific outcomes and projects in support of the day-to-day execution of growth marketing initiatives for Balsam Brands during the peak season. - Contributes to campaign setup, performance tracking, reporting, and optimization across digital marketing channels such as paid social, paid search, organic social, email, and emerging platforms. - Works closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaigns are launched on time, follow brand guidelines, and support business goals. - Provides coordination across broader marketing operations, assisting with project timelines, creative asset tracking, research, file organization, and internal/external communications. - Executes work remotely and engages with Balsam International via the Upwork platform. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related fields. - Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in Marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic. - Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting cross-functional teams. - A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support both executional tasks and operational needs. Requirements - Specific platform experience in tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, programmatic platforms, email platforms, or reporting dashboards. - Fast, reliable DSL, Fiber, or Broadband connection (not mobile or broadband stick) as the primary internet connection with a minimum actual speed of 50MBPS. - Personal laptop and a backup device. - Must be willing to engage via the Upwork platform. Other Duties & Responsibilities - Support internal and partner-facing communications by drafting outreach emails, organizing contact lists, and assisting with follow-ups. - Monitor inbox and team threads to surface time-sensitive action items or communications requiring review. - Help prepare notes, recaps, or supporting materials for cross-functional meetings or seasonal syncs. - Assist with general project coordination tasks across Growth Businesses, helping ensure deliverables stay on track.
