• Triagem de currículos: análise inicial de perfis de candidatos conforme requisitos das vagas. • Entrevistas: condução de entrevistas online, incluindo agendamento e acompanhamento. • Elaboração de parecer técnico: produção de relatório técnico sobre candidatos avaliados, destacando pontos fortes e aderência ao perfil da vaga. • Reuniões de alinhamento: participação eventual em encontros com clientes para entender necessidades de contratação. • Rotinas administrativas: atualização e organização de documentos relacionados aos processos seletivos na plataforma de ATS e sistemas internos. • Gestão de múltiplas demandas: acompanhamento simultâneo de diferentes vagas e etapas, mantendo organização, calma e atenção aos detalhes.

Job Requirements

  • Estar cursando o 3º ou 4º período de Administração ou Psicologia.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas digitais: ATS, redes sociais (LinkedIn e Instagram), Canva, Google Meet, Google Workspace e Pacote Office intermediário (principalmente Word e PowerPoint).
  • Noções de recrutamento e seleção, atendimento ao cliente e rotinas administrativas.
  • Organização e gestão de prioridades, com capacidade de acompanhar múltiplas demandas simultaneamente.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita para interação com clientes e candidatos.
  • Atenção aos detalhes e precisão na execução das atividades.
  • Proatividade e senso de dono, com iniciativa equilibrada e responsabilidade pelas entregas.
  • Capacidade analítica para elaboração de pareceres e interpretação de informações.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão, mantendo postura profissional, empatia, cordialidade e qualidade nas entregas.
  • Possuir notebook próprio.
  • Inglês avançado para condução de entrevistas em inglês.
  • Experiência prévia em RH, mesmo que em projetos acadêmicos ou voluntários.

Role Description This is a Remote Role DAS Services is seeking an Acquisition/Program Management to provide support and expertise to senior staff. - Lead, manage, and provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders for DoD industrial base programs focused on manufacturing, supply chains, and industrial readiness. - Conduct assessments of domestic and global production capabilities and facilities supporting defense-critical systems. - Develop, track, and implement risk mitigation strategies for use by DoD stakeholders in addressing fragile, single-source, or foreign-dependent supply chains. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including program offices, acquisition teams, and technical experts, as well as external industry partners and federal agencies, to develop and modify documentation supporting Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) production facilities. - Provide subject matter expertise in manufacturing operations, production processes, industrial engineering, and industrial base capabilities as they relate to defense programs. - Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for congressional inquiries, senior leadership briefings, and strategic planning documents. - Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, and interagency coordination efforts. - Provide expertise on compliance with DoD acquisition and industrial base policies, regulations, and best practices related to manufacturing, maintenance, efficiency, safety, and environmental stewardship.
