Role Description At Pearce, our OSP Engineers play a critical role in designing and maintaining the telecommunications infrastructure that keeps communities and businesses connected. As an OSP Engineer, you will support copper and fiber outside plant engineering projects by: - Developing designs - Managing project deliverables - Coordinating permitting activities - Ensuring construction readiness for a variety of network expansion and maintenance initiatives This role combines technical engineering expertise, field investigation, permitting coordination, and project management to support broadband expansion, network reliability, and customer growth. Role Description We are currently looking for a GNC Engineer III/IV to join our software and flight test group in San Luis Obispo, CA. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in designing, analyzing, and building flight controls software for UAS.
