• Lead a team that provides cybersecurity management for operational performance and compliance for all networks, systems and applications • Offer centralized management of Security Assessments (SA), ongoing assessments, new authorizations • Perform analysis to ensure security controls are consistently implemented • Integrate new technology with information security standards • Develop and execute plans for monitoring and assessing networks, systems and applications • Support sustainment of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) • Oversee contractor personnel and Task Order performance, including technical delivery and ideally P&L • Ensure the accomplishments of the program are documented and known for broader company efforts through whitepapers, briefing materials, and proposals • Execute with limited direction, anticipate customer needs and proactively support those needs

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience leading and managing cybersecurity projects with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work towards strict deadlines
  • PMP Certification required
  • CISSP Certification required
  • Advanced degree in a technical/cyber-related field. Direct experience or directly relevant certifications may substitute for the academic credentials
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance
  • Strong background and understanding of cybersecurity principles, industry security requirements, and best practices.
  • Domain expertise and implementation experience, providing best practices and recommendations to support the resolution of project challenges, both business and technical.
  • Proven experience leading and executing executive presentations, demonstrations, and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
