Role Description The Qualitative Testing Program Manager owns the end-to-end qualitative copy testing program for the Content Development team. This role sits at the intersection of research operations, content quality, and cross-functional collaboration — ensuring that writers, editors, and key stakeholders have the insights they need to produce content that is clear, resonant, and effective for enterprise audiences. This is not a writing or editing role. Qualifications - Research operations depth: Experience in building or significantly scaling a qualitative research program. - Process and documentation discipline: Ability to create order out of complexity with effective workflows and documentation. - Content and editorial fluency: Understanding of what makes copy clear, resonant, and effective for enterprise audiences. - Stakeholder management and communication: Comfortable working across functions and translating research findings into actionable insights. - Calm under pressure: Ability to maintain composure in high-volume, fast-moving environments. - Microsoft or content ecosystem experience: Familiarity with large enterprise content environments, particularly Microsoft. Requirements - Proven ability to build, manage, and scale a qualitative content testing program. - Ability to manage end-to-end program operations including intake, quality control, test approval, and post-test analysis review. - Skilled at partnering with writers, editors, and cross-functional stakeholders. - Maintain a 3-business-day SLA from initial intake to test launch. - Support monthly reporting on program performance and research outcomes for executive stakeholders. Benefits - Medical, dental & vision - Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital - 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available - Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) - Short and long-term disability - Health Spending Account (HSA) - Transportation benefits - Employee Assistance Program - Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave)
