Role Description 500 Global is seeking an Education Operations Associate to support our VC training programs around the world, with a specific focus on programs in the Bay Area. This is a highly organized, relationship-driven role for someone passionate about venture capital and global startup ecosystems. The associate will be the face of 500 Global’s Education Team to applicants, participants, and key stakeholders, supporting the full lifecycle of in-person and online programs across planning, execution, and communications. - Support end-to-end execution of assigned programs, from marketing and outreach through venue setup and stakeholder coordination. - Build and manage relationships with prospective participants, providing outstanding customer service and converting inquiries into enrollments. - Recruit, vet, and process applicants through application review, interviews, and reference checks. - Engage and follow up with program alumni; nurture the alumni community through messaging, events, and resource sharing. - Provide logistical support for all programs from planning and budgeting through execution, both online and in-person. - Track and report weekly on the status of upcoming programs. - Design, implement, and analyze pre- and post-program surveys. - Assist in proposal development for new projects, as needed. - Perform additional tasks as required.
