We need an English-fluent Campaign Coordinator, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. Responsibilities: - Execute optimizations across client Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging social platforms accounts following industry best practices. - Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency ROI. - Support day-to-day ad account maintenance and reporting. - Build, monitor, and proactively deliver performance reports with a focus on scaling channel results. - Manage QA processes to ensure accuracy in ad content and on-time delivery. - Translate business objectives into actionable multi-channel strategies, including audience segmentation and retargeting. - Monitor ad platform updates and algorithm changes to proactively adjust strategies. - Work with paid search, DSP, and email teams to execute collaborative cross-channel marketing. - Identify and implement fixes for low catalog match rate and product feed health to maximize efficiency. Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management (specifically Meta and Google Ads). - Strong understanding in setting up, monitoring and troubleshooting Meta pixels and conversion events to drive campaigns. - Excellent written and verbal communication; growth mindset with a desire for continuous learning. - Experience with other social platforms such as Pinterest, X (Twitter), or LinkedIn is a Plus. Requirements - Compensation: The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $1,700 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. - This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform. - The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
