Job Requirements

- Ability to translate product capabilities into clear commercial value
- Comfortable operating autonomously without a traditional team structure
- Familiarity with fashion, luxury, or beauty industry cycles (extra credit)
- Proficiency in French and/or Italian (extra credit)

As a Principal Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will own the go-to-market story for Harness Continuous Delivery — our cornerstone product for delivering software through environments and into production quickly, safely, and securely. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing.
