Role Description The Billing & Collections Specialist is part of the Accounting team at Dragos and is responsible for managing accounts receivable activities, including complex customer invoicing, collections, and billing issue resolution. This role will use their deep system-level knowledge and experience to build and deliver a high-performance, minimal footprint network sensor to ingest and process Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control System (ICS) network traffic. You will assist the team with the design, configuration, build, and deployment process for a reliable, efficient, and maintainable network sensor application for OT environments. - Design and implement lightweight and efficient workflows to build artifacts, manage dependencies, and deliver highly effective and reliable products. - Collaborate with other development teams to ensure cohesive and intelligent solutions across the Systems Engineering community and organization at large, adhering to industry best practices and Dragos Engineering standards. - Apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems development life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Validation, Delivery, and Support. - Support production deployments and incident response when necessary. - Formulate plans and guide the development and implementation of engineering solution(s), including deployment, resource requirements, testing, documentation, integration, and compliance. - Ensure the maintainability and post-deployment stability of the team’s product. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices within your domain. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in system design, build, and integration. - Extensive experience in Linux packaging and package managers, as well as compiling and packaging code from source. - Strong experience with configuration management tools and concepts. - Experience with artifact management (i.e., Artifactory) and industry standard tooling for both general purposes and language-specific package formats (Linux package management, cargo, go build, npm, maven/gradle, etc.). - Experience with industry standard CICD tooling (GitHub Actions preferred). - Experience with container orchestration (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (i.e., AWS, Azure). - Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Makefile). - Experience working with modern programming languages (Rust preferred). - Proficient understanding of networking concepts. Role Description We're seeking a BI Analyst to support the reporting infrastructure our teams depend on to make decisions. In this role, you'll support teams across the organization by helping build tailored dashboards, running ad-hoc analyses, and maintaining the automation workflows that keep manual reporting to a minimum. As we actively deploy AI tools, you'll also assist in validating those outputs to ensure they're accurate and decision-ready. Responsibilities - Own the reliability of our Power BI reporting layer — pages, fields, filters, drill-throughs, and visual logic — and make it better over time, not just stable. - Diagnose data issues end-to-end: from Salesforce object structures through dataflows, the lakehouse, and into the reporting surface. - Re-certify reports after schema or system changes; build QA habits that prevent issues before stakeholders find them. - Configure and maintain Power Automate workflows; propose automations where manual steps shouldn't exist. - Run ad-hoc analyses using semantic models, cubes, and Excel for requests that outpace what's in the warehouse today. - Build team-specific dashboards and data models for functional leaders who need tailored visibility, not one-size-fits-all reporting. - Validate AI agent outputs — we're actively deploying AI-assisted data tools, and you'll play a key role in ensuring those outputs are accurate and decision-ready. Qualifications - 1–3 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or revenue/sales operations. - Hands-on experience with Power BI or a comparable BI platform. - Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures — you don't need to be an admin, but you need to know how objects relate. - Comfort moving across Excel, semantic models, and workflow tools. - A quality-first mindset: you notice when something's off and you don't let it slide. - Genuine curiosity about AI — you've experimented with AI tools, you have opinions about them, and you want to work somewhere that's building with them, not just talking about them.
