Family Nurse Practitioner – Weekends, Part Time Optional

Chisquares

• Provide virtual primary care via phone, video, and messaging • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions • Manage ongoing care plans and patient follow-ups • Prescribe medications and order labs as appropriate • Educate patients on prevention and long-term health • Collaborate with a care team to deliver high-quality outcomes • Document care in EMR systems

Job Requirements

  • Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Strong experience in family practice or primary care
  • 5+ state licenses preferred
  • Active, unrestricted NP license
  • Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable
