• Own: Paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, managing a ~$100K/month budget • Support: Full-funnel growth initiatives across traffic, conversion, nurture, and sales enablement • Collaborate with: Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to ensure aligned messaging and accurate attribution • Improve: Visibility into CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel performance through clear, actionable dashboards • Advocate for: A data-driven, customer-first approach that balances growth, efficiency, and long-term value
