Praxis
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of HCP, patient, speaker, advisory board, congress-related, and internal meetings across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. • Manage meeting logistics including venue sourcing, contracting, registration, travel, attendee communications, production, and onsite execution. • Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Finance, and other stakeholders to define objectives, budgets, timelines, and success measures. • Manage agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution, strong service levels, and budget adherence. Ensure all meetings comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Monitor budgets, reconcile expenses, identify process improvements, and support congress planning activities. Evaluate event outcomes, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance future programs.
Job Requirements
- Three to six years’ experience in meeting planning, event management, hospitality, healthcare, pharmaceutical meetings, or related field.
- Experience managing complex events involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Familiarity with HCP engagement programs, speaker programs, advisory boards, congresses, or regulated environments preferred.
- Strong project management, organizational, budget management, and vendor oversight skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently, adapt quickly, and execute with exceptional attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership for delivering high-quality results.
