• Atuar na análise e resolução de incidentes e problemas relacionados ao ERP Sapiens • Realizar manutenção corretiva e evolutiva em rotinas desenvolvidas em LSP • Garantir performance e integridade das funcionalidades existentes • Desenvolver novas rotinas, relatórios e customizações no Sapiens utilizando LSP • Criar e otimizar procedimentos no banco Oracle (PL/SQL) • Atuar na implementação de melhorias solicitadas pelas áreas de negócio • Trabalhar com integrações entre sistemas (ERP, portais, APIs, etc.) • Garantir consistência e qualidade dos dados no ambiente Oracle • Apoiar análise de impactos em alterações de estrutura de dados • Seguir padrões de desenvolvimento e boas práticas estabelecidas pela TI • Documentar soluções e apoiar a gestão do conhecimento • Participar de testes e validações junto às áreas usuárias
