• Own the UX for a product area or surface, shipping high-impact designs that unlock significant customer and business value • Collaborate closely with product and engineering on strategy, planning, and execution • Work directly with customers to understand their needs, validate designs, and inform strategy • Provide expertise and knowledge transfer to Samsara's internal design team • Deliver all agreed-upon project deliverables on time and to spec

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile applications
  • Direct experience designing AI or agentic workflow products strongly preferred
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills
  • Portfolio and/or case studies showcasing design craft and ability to solve user problems with quantified impact — required to be considered
  • Experience building or maintaining design systems at scale; rebrand or brand evolution work a plus
  • Experience prototyping in real codebases; comfort working in GitHub
  • Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
