Role Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into polished, engaging video content that aligns with project goals and brand standards. This role requires a strong sense of storytelling, technical proficiency, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Working Pacific Standard Time hours is required. - Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling, high-quality video content tailored for various platforms, including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. - Review all footage and select the best takes, ensuring continuity, pacing, and narrative flow. - Collaborate closely with producers, directors, designers, and marketing teams to understand creative direction, messaging, and target audience. - Apply advanced editing techniques including multi-camera editing, motion graphics integration, and visual effects when needed. - Enhance video quality through color correction, color grading, and visual adjustments to ensure a consistent and professional look. - Incorporate graphics, titles, captions, animations, and branding elements in alignment with company guidelines. - Sync and mix audio, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, ensuring clarity and balance. - Optimize videos for different platforms by adjusting formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and compression settings. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization, meeting deadlines, and adapting to shifting priorities. - Maintain and organize video libraries, project files, and assets for easy access and future use. - Review edits internally and implement feedback quickly and effectively while maintaining creative integrity. - Troubleshoot technical issues related to editing software, media files, and export settings. - Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new editing techniques to continuously improve output quality. Qualifications - At least 3 years in a Video Editor role. - Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects). - Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and production workflows. - Excellent attention to detail and storytelling ability. - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Requirements - Experience with motion graphics and animation. - Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound design. - Familiarity with social media video trends and formats. - Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Develop detailed structural designs for buildings, bridges, industrial structures, and other construction projects using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. • Create structural models and drawings that accurately reflect engineering calculations and project requirements. • Ensure that designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations. • Work closely with structural engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and practical. • Conduct preliminary and detailed structural analysis using tools such as STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or other structural analysis software. • Review and verify that all structural drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to project standards. • Identify potential issues in designs and suggest improvements to enhance structural integrity.

• Be the first point of contact for incoming leads • Call Large lists to qualify potential leads • Qualify and unqualify leads for the sales team • Track and follow up with many clients • Conduct outbound outreach via email, social media, and calls to generate new leads • Book appointments or consultations for the sales team • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies • Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in all communications • Track and log support issues accurately using CRM tools (Salesforce) • Provide feedback on recurring issues and customer trends to the team • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
