Role Description MRI Software is investing in scaling our high-performing North America sales organization and is seeking experienced Senior Sales Professionals to join our team. We are hiring across both Account Executive (new business) and Account Manager (growth & retention) roles for individuals with deep experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales and a proven track record of driving revenue through a consultative, strategic sales approach. This is an opportunity to work with an industry-leading platform and engage with clients ranging from mid-market organizations to Fortune 500 enterprises. What You’ll Do: - Account Executives – New Business Focus - Drive net new revenue generation through prospecting, pipeline development, and deal execution - Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close - Conduct needs analysis, solution positioning, and software demonstrations aligned to client objectives - Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders - Represent MRI at industry events, conferences, and client engagements - Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and maintain accurate forecasts - Account Managers – Growth & Retention Focus - Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, driving retention and expansion revenue - Identify whitespace opportunities, upsell/cross-sell solutions, and expand product adoption - Develop and execute account strategies aligned to client business goals - Act as a trusted advisor and solutions expert for client initiatives - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success - Own pipeline management, forecasting, and quota attainment Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in B2B software / SaaS sales - Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value deals, managing enterprise client relationships, & achieving or exceeding quota over multiple years - Strong expertise in consultative and strategic selling methodologies - Experience navigating multi-stakeholder, enterprise sales cycles - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Benefits - Work for a global leader in enterprise real estate technology with a strong market position and high client retention - Sell a broad, configurable platform across multiple industry segments - Collaborate with a high-performing, team-oriented sales organization - Competitive base + commission structure with strong earning potential - Opportunity to impact both new growth and existing client expansion Company Description From the day we opened our doors, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software that powers thriving communities and helps make the world a better place to live, work and play.
