• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels, from technical champions to economic buyers, starting before contract close. • Partner with customers, internal teams and SI’s in the delivery of applications • Educate customers about Unqork, including new features and functionality on a regular basis • Ensure customer needs are met at the highest level of quality regardless of delivery model and resources assigned • Develop and continuously refine a customer advocacy strategy aligned with Unqork's goals for success, retention, and expansion. Help customers expand their use of Unqork by understanding existing use cases, identifying blockers, and proactively suggesting additional applications. • Develop and execute customer success strategies, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance to agreed-upon roles/responsibilities • Track and manage renewals, including appropriate teams as needed • Utilize health and success metrics to monitor customers and their application usage to drive success strategy • Provide continuous assistance post-go-live, including regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and defining Customer Success Plans (CSPs) to ensure ongoing platform adoption. • Support expanding use of Unqork by identifying and driving expansion within accounts • Identify opportunities for enablement, training and technical advisory services, as well as analyze support tickets and share strategic findings with customer • Act as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring their wins, challenges, and insights are heard, understood, and acted upon by internal teams across GTM, Product, Marketing, and other teams within Unqork. • Share customer feedback with internal teams to identify opportunities for product improvement, template development, and new features • Identify customer success stories and work with Marketing to publish case studies, testimonials and references to highlight tangible business value • You are an avid user of AI tools and are passionate about exploring how AI can automate workflows, enhance creativity, and increase your personal impact.

• Oversee the general ticket escalation path for the CX team, ensuring critical customer issues are routed, prioritized, and resolved efficiently. • Manage and optimize the intake and fulfillment process for customer environment requests. • Take abstract strategy and translate it into day-to-day operations for Customer Advocacy workgroups, establishing clear metrics, tracking, and governance. • Act as the primary administrator for internal CX requests spanning technical toolings such as Jira, Zendesk, Conduqtor, and other internal proprietary systems. • Co-lead and facilitate the bi-monthly Technical Advisory Services (TAS) request cycle between the TA and CA organizations to ensure resource alignment on key customer priorities. • Maintain strict data hygiene in Salesforce (SFDC) and Zendesk (ZD) by managing the ongoing account assignment matrix for Customer Advocacy teams. • Own the operational workflow for provisioning and managing Vanity URLs requested by customers or internal teams. • Facilitate the review, refinement, and official publication of Root Cause Analysis documentation following major customer technical incidents. • Track and drive follow-ups for Customer Advocacy Managers regarding monthly churn indicators and environment catchup gaps to protect net revenue retention. • Partner with Accounting to perform regular monthly reconciliations of Statements of Work (SOWs) and logged technical hours, ensuring billing accuracy against delivered services.

• Reporting to the Director of DevOps • Build the next-generation control plane that provisions, configures, and manages Unqork's Kubernetes fleet across commercial, government, and edge customer environments, continuing to push toward an architecture that is automated, modular, and built to scale • Design and deliver self-service infrastructure tooling that enables Ops and Support teams to execute common operational workflows without engineering intervention, shifting operational work left and freeing engineers to build • Drive observability improvements across the fleet, establishing alerting and instrumentation that produces cleaner signal, enables faster mitigation, and supports deeper root cause analysis when incidents occur • Improve the internal engineering experience by building faster CI/CD pipelines, better tooling, and paved-road patterns that reduce cognitive load and make the right way to build and ship the obvious way • Collaborate closely with the Principal Architect to shape technical direction across the control plane, infrastructure automation, and cross-cutting infrastructure concerns

• Assist in conducting manual and automated penetration tests on web application and APIs to identify security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10). • Help assess the security of AI-driven features and LLM implementations, checking for vulnerabilities like prompt injection, data poisoning, insecure output handling, and model denial of service (OWASP Top 10 for LLMs). • Safely demonstrate the impact of discovered vulnerabilities by creating clear Proof-of-Concept (PoC) exploits. • Write comprehensive, technical security reports detailing findings, exploitation paths, risk ratings, and actionable remediation steps for development teams. • Work closely with software engineers to explain security flaws and guide them on secure coding best practices and remediation verification.

• Report directly to our VP of Agentic AI • Shape the core intelligence and behavior of the agent — how it interprets intent, plans, assists, and recovers from failure — so that it reliably helps users build working Unqork applications. • Help scale the backend that powers the agent in production, contributing to a service that stays fast, observable, and resilient as usage grows. • Drive how we measure and raise agent quality over time, turning real-world usage into a feedback loop that makes the product steadily more capable and trustworthy.

• Dynamic Facilitation: Lead highly engaging, instructor-led technical workshops, bootcamps, and certification prep for customers, global partners, and internal teams that utilize active learning strategies and continuous formative assessments to verify learner understanding before advancing. Mostly remote with some in-person delivery. • Curriculum Design Support: Actively collaborate as a strategic partner with the internal instructional design team, providing structured, actionable feedback from the field (e.g., sticking points, content gaps, curriculum efficacy) to drive continuous improvement. • Be a Platform Expert: Develop a deep, structural understanding of Unqork's platform to confidently field complex technical questions around data orchestration, workflows, and integrations on the fly. • Drive Partner Scale: Enable our systems integrators ensuring their technical teams have the practical capability to build and deploy scalable enterprise solutions on Unqork. • Measure & Optimize: Collect data and feedback from training cohorts to continuously elevate the effectiveness of the Unqork Academy experience.

• Support the team in bringing Unqork’s product story to life across social media, presentations, events, and internal materials • Help plan social content, create and organize presentation materials, work in Figma, and translate complex product ideas into clear, engaging stories for different audiences • Assist with social media planning, including content calendars, campaign ideas, post concepts, and launch support • Help turn product messaging into clear, compelling social content for LinkedIn and other channels • Support the creation of presentation decks for product launches, sales enablement, executive meetings, events, and internal storytelling • Work in Figma to help organize, update, and create visual assets, templates, slides, and lightweight design concepts • Partner with product marketing, design, and sales teams to understand product features and translate them into audience-friendly stories • Research trends in AI, enterprise software, application development, and product marketing to help inform content ideas • Help maintain consistency across messaging, visuals, and brand presentation • Assist with organizing product screenshots, demo visuals, talking points, and campaign materials • Bring fresh ideas for how Unqork can communicate product value in a more engaging, human, and memorable way

• Document existing marketing and sales operations processes, workflows, and best practices • Support process optimization initiatives across campaign execution, lead management, and marketing operations • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and process consistency • Assist with CRM and systems data cleanup, validation, and ongoing hygiene efforts • Support reporting and dashboard creation for go to market performance metrics • Analyze marketing and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities • Help maintain process documentation and internal enablement resources • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational initiatives and ad hoc projects • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the go-to-market organization

• Act as a player-coach, providing technical direction, architectural guidance, and daily mentorship to a focused team of 3–5 engineers. Conduct thoughtful code reviews and foster professional growth within your squad. • Design and implement sophisticated Data Access Layers (DAL) and custom ODMs to translate platform-generated, SQL-like queries into high-performance MongoDB BSON operations and aggregation pipelines. • Build and maintain middleware that ensures Unqork’s core business logic remains storage-agnostic, enabling seamless modularity and flexibility across different data storage mechanisms. • Architect and scale a multi-tenant, secure MongoDB ecosystem. Lead strategies for ensure high availability while performing deep-dive execution plan analysis (IXSCAN vs. COLLSCAN) to optimize query performance. • Plan and architect hybrid data architectures to support operation, transactional and analytical schema and database systems. • Use Node.js and JavaScript to build robust microservices (typically GraphQL) and internal libraries that integrate dynamic, metadata-driven data patterns into the Unqork no-code runtime. • Design schemas and declarative models that allow non-technical users to build complex application logic without compromising data integrity or system performance. • Architect real-time and batch data pipelines using Apache Kafka and Spark to facilitate data transformation and movement between relational and NoSQL systems. • Partner with Platform and Backend engineers to standardize data interaction patterns, ensuring high-scale, API-driven performance across the entire enterprise cloud. • Partner closely with the Product Management team to influence the product roadmap, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and ensure alignment between product goals and engineering execution

• Security Monitoring & Alert Triage: Actively monitor SIEM, EDR/XDR, and other security tools to detect, analyze, and triage security alerts. Follow established playbooks to ensure timely and accurate initial response to potential threats. • Process Efficiency & Automation: Utilize existing Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platforms to handle alerts efficiently. Identify repetitive manual tasks and implement automations. • SIEM & Detection Engineering: Integrate and set up the ingestion of log sources to a SIEM tool, including the normalization of fields and data. Create timely monitoring solutions for relevant threats based on active threat intelligence. Share responsibility for detection and log lifecycle / maintenance. • Threat Intelligence: Consume and review daily threat intelligence feeds, security advisories, and industry alerts to ensure the company is protected against known Indicators of Compromise (IoCs) and emerging threat trends. • IT Operations & Asset Security: Work closely with IT Operations to maintain accurate hardware and software asset inventories. Assist in deploying and troubleshooting endpoint security agents to ensure a secure baseline for all employee devices. • Cross-Functional Technical Partnership: Collaborate extensively with resources in Engineering, Product, IT, and other departments to embed operational security requirements, influence architectural decisions for detectability, and foster a strong security culture. Serve as the primary security technical expert for these partnerships. • Compliance & Operational Reporting: Assist in generating routine security metrics and operational reports. Help gather technical evidence to support adherence to security policies and compliance audits (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
