Role Description As a Quality Management Specialist, you will partner with key members of leadership for the design and implementation of Quality Management procedures, ongoing improvement efforts, and other team projects with the aim of achieving organizational, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. - Review and analyze current processes related to the application and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices; provide leadership with recommendations for updates to comply with the current regulatory and accreditation requirements. - Identify gaps in efficient process workflow and suggest steps for quality process improvement. - Measure process performance using valid and accurate methods; analyze trends, variation, and process stability to determine if defined performance metrics are met and identify areas of risk. - Lead and support structured quality improvement initiatives (e.g. DMAIC or equivalent) to address root causes, reduce variation, and improve performance outcomes. - Manage and lead Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) ensuring defined problem statements, root cause analysis, measurable objectives, implementation, and validation of sustained improvement outcomes. - Manage and ensure execution of CAPAs, including documented root cause analysis, defined success metrics, implementation tracking, and post-implementation validation. - Serve as liaison between clients and MRIoA’s quality management department as needed. Qualifications - Demonstrated experience applying structured quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC) required. - Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred. - Exceptional customer service skills. - Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional orientation to detail. - Excellent organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple high priorities and supporting a flexible schedule. - Working knowledge of managed care and utilization review accreditation standards, including URAC and NCQA, and multi-state regulatory requirements. - Knowledge and understanding of the Company’s clients, products, departments, and workflows. - Personal computer literacy and competency in use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (intermediate skill), Power Point and PowerBI. - Ability to maintain a high level of objectivity and confidentiality. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality management role. - Experience in quality improvement activities within a healthcare, health insurance and/or managed care organization preferred. - Experience in supplying small group and individual training preferred. - Experience in research beneficial and preferred. • Listen to recorded calls and assess the quality of interactions based on predetermined criteria, including adherence to scripts, professionalism, accuracy of information provided, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. • Design and conduct comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. Create a culture of continuous improvement. • Deliver feedback to outreach groups regarding strengths and areas for improvement in their communication skills and adherence to company policies and procedures. • Maintain a consistent feedback loop with patient and network leaders and develop action plans to maintain a high standard of excellence. • Organize and facilitate call calibration sessions to ensure consistency and accuracy in all communications. • Facilitate discussions to establish consensus on quality standards and scoring criteria for evaluating calls; compile results and provide recommendations for adjustments. • Analyze data from quality monitoring activities, identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. • Maintain accurate records of evaluations and feedback and prepare comprehensive reports, summarizing evaluation results, performance metrics, and key insights. • Design and create comprehensive job aides and SOP’s based on trends and patterns identified during QA reviews. • Update training materials and job aids in alignment with organizational process changes that impact patient engagement.

• Work as a QA Analyst / QA Tester

• Assist in conducting manual and automated penetration tests on web application and APIs to identify security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10). • Help assess the security of AI-driven features and LLM implementations, checking for vulnerabilities like prompt injection, data poisoning, insecure output handling, and model denial of service (OWASP Top 10 for LLMs). • Safely demonstrate the impact of discovered vulnerabilities by creating clear Proof-of-Concept (PoC) exploits. • Write comprehensive, technical security reports detailing findings, exploitation paths, risk ratings, and actionable remediation steps for development teams. • Work closely with software engineers to explain security flaws and guide them on secure coding best practices and remediation verification.
