Your role at DynatraceWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead the administration and governance of the Dynatrace University (DTU) platform, delivered through our LMS. This role sits at the intersection of platform administration, customer experience, and business impact, and is responsible for transforming DTU into a scalable, governed, and insight-driven system. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) administration—specifically within the Docebo platform—and a proven track record of establishing governance frameworks, scaling administration and support models, and driving cross-functional alignment. This role is 100% remote with the ideal candidate located near a MTSI office in Alexandria, Virginia, Huntsville, Alabama, Dayton, Ohio, or Colorado Springs, Colorado.
