Sales Operations Specialist

Role Description The SDX Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in accelerating Annual Recurring revenue (ARR) growth for our SDX product line. This position will partner closely with sales to optimize sales processes, analyze pricing strategies and ensure accurate quoting and deal execution. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives on using data to drive business growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - ARR Growth Support: - Partner with sales to identify ARR growth opportunities in unique customer accounts. - Create organized spreadsheets to review ARR growth data with the sales team. - Clean up customer accounts when necessary. - Pricing Analysis: - Analyze pricing data for unique customer accounts and identify margin opportunities for growth. - Prepare pricing analysis for review with sales representative. - Communicate growth opportunities with the sales team and areas of opportunity. - Quote Accuracy: - Assist sales with product pricing validation and discounts on quotes. - Work with sales to create custom quotes and invoices for customers. - Assist with quote clean up efforts before and after sales. - System Clean Up: - Clean up and organize the CRM databases post sale. - Partner with the Renewals Specialist to ensure the next renewal quote is sent with the correct dollar value and products. - Quotes & Proposals: - Collaborate with Sales to prepare quotes for the OARR process. - Format and customize MYCAP proposals for both new business and existing customer renewals where this is no additional ALE. - Legal, Contract & Documentation Handling: - Manage contract requests and coordinate with internal Legal and Compliance teams. - Handle documentation for new and existing customers, including NDAs and regulation questionnaires (e.g., DORA). - Track and fulfill security document requests from prospects, customers, and partners. - Partner with Collections to complete Procurement Registration Forms. - Order Tracking & Fulfillment: - Monitor order status across internal systems and partner portals in collaboration with Collections. - Proactively communicate order updates to Sales representatives. - Identify and escalate delays or issues to ensure timely resolution. - Other duties as assigned by manager. Role Description BlueTuskr is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive new business for our e-commerce marketing agency.
