Role Description The HR Recruiter & Administrative Assistant is a key operational role within the Human Resources department of Mangone Law Firm, LLC, responsible for executing end-to-end recruiting processes — including profile design, talent sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate assessments — while simultaneously providing vital administrative support to ensure smooth daily HR operations through employee records management, onboarding/offboarding assistance, and general departmental organization. Operating under an "Above the Line" mindset, the person in this role must maintain an outstanding level of attention to detail, responsiveness, and organization. Every operational task — from creating a profile avatar to scheduling a technical test — directly ensures that incoming talent meets the firm's strict quality standards and cultural values, actively driving our mission to change lives. Qualifications - 1+ years of experience as a recruiter for high-volume/mass hiring companies - Bonus Asset: B2 in English - Non-Negotiable: The Above The Line Mindset Requirements - Job Posting & Profile Management - Candidate Avatars: Formulate, evaluate, and continuously update comprehensive Candidate Avatars for both remote and U.S. territory on-site vacancies to ensure alignment with department managers' expectations. - Vacancy Customization: Draft, review, and fine-tune engaging Job Posts for all assigned open positions, ensuring they accurately represent the firm's brand and current business needs. - Platform Distribution: Publish and keep active all authorized vacancies across designated job boards, university networks, and corporate platforms (such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Workable), refreshing them weekly to maximize candidate traction. - End-to-End Recruitment & Sourcing - U.S. & Remote Sourcing: Execute proactive talent attraction and direct sourcing strategies to recruit elite candidates for remote positions and localized on-site roles within the United States. - Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial resume screenings and dynamic candidate interviews, evaluating technical competencies, professional backgrounds, and cultural fit against established core metrics. - Multi-Stage Interview Coordination & Scheduling - Pipeline Scheduling: Manage, organize, and execute the scheduling of interviews across different stages of the selection process, coordinating directly with candidates and internal team members. - Time Zone Optimization: Efficiently align interview calendars across multiple U.S. time zones to provide a seamless, punctual, and premium candidate experience. - Candidate Assessment & Evaluation Support - Psychometric Testing: Coordinate and schedule the distribution of psychometric and behavioral assessments tailored to the requirements of each position. - Technical Evaluations: Issue, follow up on, and compile specific technical tests or project assignments, ensuring complete files are delivered to decision-makers prior to subsequent interview rounds. - HR Department Administrative Support - Process Documentation: Maintain recruitment pipelines, trackers, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) accurately updated with candidate notes and statuses. - General HR Tasks: Execute administrative assignments, documentation workflows, and internal departmental initiatives as requested by HR leadership to ensure operational continuity.
