Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience
- > 5 years as a people manager
- Experience leading an HR Shared Services organization in a multi-national environment
- Strong understanding of the employment regulatory environment
- Strong process, continuous improvement and technology/automation/Ai/digital orientation and experience
- Associate-centric with strong stakeholder management skills
- Strategic and analytical, capable of making data-driven decisions and recommendations
- Excellent planning & organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development or related field
