Senior Director, HR Shared Services

• Set and execute the global HR Shared Services strategy and multi‑year roadmap • Lead a globally distributed Shared Services organization across Tier 1-3 teams • Partner with Global Process Owners to operationalize end‑to‑end hire‑to‑retire processes • Drive continuous improvement through Ai, automation, and process improvement • Implement rigorous daily management across the team to manage demand • Act as a visible change leader • Build and develop a future‑ready Shared Services team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience
  • > 5 years as a people manager
  • Experience leading an HR Shared Services organization in a multi-national environment
  • Strong understanding of the employment regulatory environment
  • Strong process, continuous improvement and technology/automation/Ai/digital orientation and experience
  • Associate-centric with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic and analytical, capable of making data-driven decisions and recommendations
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development or related field
