Provide outpatient mental health services, develop treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and utilize technology for effective communication and care delivery, ensuring patient safety and compliance with regulations.

• Build and maintain ongoing partnerships with schools, youth programs, community centers, social service agencies, local businesses, etc. • Participate in, and often lead, outreach events, presentations, info sessions, tabling, festivals, and community fairs • Maintain a consistent monthly outreach schedule and meet required activity levels • Promote opportunities to underserved and underrepresented groups in your area • Introduce the program to young adults and help them determine if they meet basic eligibility criteria (age, income background, education status, etc.) • Guide prospective applicants step-by-step until they are ready to begin their application • Maintain consistent contact with your pipeline through calls, texts, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings • Keep thorough and timely notes in all required online systems

• Advise students and families related to academics, career planning and graduation • Keep abreast of all high school graduation requirements • Assist students and parents with the secondary school course selection process • Advise students with issues related to dropping courses and changing schedules • Review student transcripts and the entry of credits into the online transcript system • Implement programs for students and families related to interpersonal adjustment issues • Participate in the development of crisis prevention and management plans • Coordinate a team of teachers to help identify students who are “at risk” or “in crisis” • Oversee and maintain the Personal Learning Plan (PLP) for each student • Support families through the school withdrawal process • Report and refer critical incidents that jeopardize student well-being • Assist teachers when students enroll mid-semester • Implement special programs such as Advanced Placement support, SAT and ACT Preparation • Help students to research and understand their post-secondary career and educational options • Assist with student preparation of applications for college and jobs • Collaborate in a Professional Learning Community (PLC)
