• Provides support in training, team cohesion, and may act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Career Navigator functions • Continue to function as Career Navigator with specified lead duties including but not limited to detailed case management, authorizing and coordinating supportive services, closely tracking obligations for participant reimbursement funds, outreach, and follow-up • Meet with participants to identify barriers to employment and develop strategies to manage these issues • Maintain caseload and keep complete, accurate, and timely case notes and related records in manual and/or electronic systems, and monitor and record job seeker participation in required activities • Maintain regular contact with caseload, and serve as a liaison between customer and service providers • Send out correspondence to schedule appointments, request employment verifications, and acquire pay stubs when applicable • Authorize, distribute, and reconcile participant reimbursements • Ensure accurate record of case file and electronic records • Attend select leadership and team meetings and collaboration sessions, when needed • Accurately record eligibility, enrollment, assessment, services, and placement information within tracking systems • Ensure confidentiality of job seeker information and protect and secure equipment and property • Support the team as needed with data entry, case management, quick hires, or other operational area • Perform other duties as assigned
• Demonstrates the ability to manage the classroom for effective learning • Exhibits full knowledge of competency-based and computer assigned instruction, cooperative learning techniques, and trainee engagement through classroom observation • Maintains lesson plans relevant to course material • Creates innovative and interactive training for the students • Coordinates and engages with the academic department for integrated learning opportunities • Assists with job placement, military, college, and post-secondary education and obtaining primary credentials • Develops industry partnerships that could lead to work-based learning, internships, and job placement outcomes
• Prepares, organizes, and maintains accurate, updated information in multiple electronic databases reflecting the entire history of a program participant including log of supportive services issued• Provides case management with a focus on helping SNAP E&T participants to prepare for employment that leads to self-sufficiency• Manages ongoing caseload and assists job seekers in retaining employment based on their skills, capabilities, and interests• Manage job seeker progress towards achieving goals by creating and updating plans• Schedule and conduct workshops, webinars, and other Job Readiness activities designed to prepare SNAP E&T participants for career opportunities• Coordinate with the Business Services team with online learning activities related to individual employment plans and goals, and monitors progress• Administer Pre/Post-test assessments• Conduct assessment of skills, aptitudes and abilities• Research and identify and deliver appropriate job coaching, mentorship, and support services as needed to help SNAP E&T participants overcome barriers• Ensure adequate preparation for all training activities• Interpret employer feedback to tailor case management and job coaching as needed• Work with the Business Services team to collaborate with area businesses, advisory groups, and agencies to encourage the further development of opportunities• Investigate and share ideas regarding post-secondary options and adult services and network with all appropriate community agencies and organizations• Develop rapport with SNAP E&T participants in order to mutually explore career options and interests• Encourage SNAP E&T participants to maintain career portfolios allowing them to document their learning and skill attainment• Work with SNAP E&T participants individually or in groups to problem solve employment issues• Perform other duties as requested
• Carries out onsite security activities in order to ensure the security of staff and customers in the center • Maintains and follows security procedures for building accessibility and related activities (maintenance of visitor logs, sign in and out procedures) • Monitors facility and makes recommendations for security improvements • Follows escalation procedures for security threats or issues, including evacuation procedures • Follows security procedures and provides input to management for improvements • Reports any breaches related to security • Participates in coordination of fire drills and mock evacuation exercises • Conducts regular physical inspection of facility, reports any security or safety issues to the supervisor • Other duties as assigned

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure using an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) first approach, with Terraform as the strategic provisioning tool. • Build and manage modular, reusable Terraform codebases aligned to enterprise standards, enabling scalable and repeatable deployments. • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment, ensuring automated testing, validation, and promotion across environments. • Define and implement cloud architecture standards, reference patterns, and guardrails to ensure consistency, scalability, and governance. • Implement and manage Azure services including compute, storage, networking, identity, and data services using automated provisioning frameworks. • Partner with application, security, and data teams to enable secure-by-default and compliant cloud solutions aligned to healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA). • Establish and enforce policy-as-code and governance frameworks (e.g., Azure Policy, RBAC, cost management practices). • Continuously improve platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency through monitoring, optimization, and automation. • Contribute to the evolution of the team toward a DevOps and platform engineering culture, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing. • Provide technical leadership and guidance in evaluating new tools, services, and architectural approaches. • Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of cloud operations.
