• Serve as a point of contact between Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers • Ensure consistent hiring practices, clear communication, and high-quality hiring outcomes • Act as the primary escalation and advisory point for hiring managers on talent acquisition topics • Proactively partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs • Drive hiring readiness by ensuring managers understand and follow recruiting processes • Facilitate Kick-Off conversations and recruit for complex or high-impact roles • Provide guidance on requisition strategy, sourcing approaches, stakeholder management, and candidate experience • Monitor recruiting metrics in collaboration with the TA Director
• Create compelling content across digital channels, including email, social media, multimedia, website and podcast • Own the editorial calendar, ensuring timely, relevant content that supports business goals, values, and brand positioning • Lead communication projects from concept through delivery, managing timelines, inputs, and approvals independently • Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to surface stories, translate initiatives, and advance priorities • Advise internal stakeholders on communication strategy, campaign planning, and change management approaches • Develop and design marketing and communication assets for print, digital, and multimedia use • Serve as a brand steward by ensuring all content and assets align with brand standards and voice • Collaborate cross‑functionally to plan and execute integrated campaigns and internal communications initiatives • Support marketing needs tied to events, conferences, presentations, and sponsorships • Use metrics and data insights to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve content and campaigns
