• Content Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a content strategy aligned to revenue goals and priority ICPs. Own and manage the cross-channel editorial calendar to ensure consistency and impact, while aligning major content initiatives to product launches, regulatory developments, and key market moments. • Demand Generation Support: Partner with internal stakeholders and external resources to create high-performing demand assets, including blogs, eBooks, guides, and landing pages. Ensure all content is optimized for both paid distribution and organic discovery to maximize reach, engagement, and lead conversion. • Thought Leadership: Elevate TrustArc executives as credible industry voices by developing strong POV content focused on privacy, AI governance, and regulatory change. Build a consistent thought leadership presence that supports brand authority and drives strategic conversations in the market. • SEO & Performance: Own the SEO-driven content roadmap and continuously optimize website content for both search visibility and conversion performance. Track engagement and pipeline impact, using performance insights to refine strategy and improve ROI. • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning, and manage external writers or agencies as needed to scale content production effectively.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Proven ability to tie content to pipeline results.
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics and analytics tools. Ability to interpret website and blog statistics and identify areas for optimization.
  • Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling content.
