Director, Channels & Content
Corvias
• Lead the enterprise content strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, Corvias brand positioning, and go-to-market needs. • Produce and oversee the creation of original, high-impact content including articles, press releases, briefs, reports, testimonials, social posts, advertising, video scripts, and long- and short-form narratives. • Maintain editorial excellence by ensuring content is original, insightful, authentic, and consistent with Corvias brand voice and standards. • Oversee enterprise channel publishing and platform maintenance, including website updates, digital asset distribution, content calendars, and brand-owned channel management. • Develop content that supports demand generation, digital marketing, product and program launches, executive visibility, strategic events, and installation-level outreach. • Collaborate with business units and operational teams and executive leadership to ensure narrative clarity, message alignment, and accurate representation of enterprise priorities. • Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy, improve content quality, and increase reach and engagement across channels. • Identify and refine target audiences for enterprise content using analytics, strategic understanding of stakeholder needs, and Corvias partnership principles. • Manage third-party agencies, contractors, and creative partners to scale content capabilities while maintaining quality, editorial control, and compliance with Corvias standards • Maintain enterprise editorial standards, content governance, and brand voice guidelines ensuring all content reflects Corvias culture, ethics, and organizational values. • Champion cross-functional collaboration and alignment to maximize enterprise-wide impact of content initiatives. • Ensure compliance with all corporate, legal, and regulatory guidelines, including Department of Defense or other government-related standards where applicable. • Promote and model Corvias culture and philosophy across the content team and enterprise stakeholders, fostering accountability, engagement, and high performance.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in content creation, editorial leadership, brand journalism, or marketing communications; public sector or government experience preferred.
- Proven success developing enterprise-level content strategies that strengthen brand authority, drive measurable engagement and align with enterprise objectives.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating multi-format content across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital content strategy, channel publishing, website maintenance, SEO considerations, and audience-centric storytelling.
- Experience managing editorial calendars, content governance, cross-platform distribution, and third-party creative partners.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and subject matter experts.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling, audience-appropriate narratives.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement within the team.
