We are looking for a tenacious, resilient, and strong communicator to join our team as a Dispositions Associate. In this role, there will be an emphasis on the negotiations and sale of the properties held by and controlled by our company. Your main goal will be to sell properties to an end buyer. You will be communicating with Retail Investors, Institutional Buyers and Local Cash Buyers to negotiate the sale of the property. You will be the first point of contact for buyers, building rapport and relationships with individuals that requires an outgoing, poised and persuasive communication style.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Source and build relationships with buyers on a regular and consistent basis - Market our available properties utilizing online and offline marketing strategies - Schedule and Conduct property showings - Generate and close your assigned leads and contracts in a timely manner - Manage a pipeline of prospects and act as lead contact for buyers - Communicate with real estate agents, attorneys, and any relevant third parties as needed - Receive and review buyers/investor purchase contracts - Negotiate with buyers on properties and overcome price objections and sell company's assets - Network with new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow our existing buyers list - Use the CRM daily to add, update and stay on task until deals are closed - Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue

  • Great earning potential - Total Compensation of 60-70k: 36k base salary plus commission
  • Work-Life Balance - 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with occasional open houses on Saturdays
