• Design for Manufacturing (DFM) • Lead and develop mechanical designs with a strong focus on manufacturability • Apply DFM/DFA principles independently to improve part design, cost efficiency, and quality • Own design refinements based on manufacturing constraints and client feedback • Produce complete, production-ready engineering documentation • Conduct simulations and engineering checks using ANSYS or similar tools • Lead tolerance analysis, material selection, and design validation • Identify design risks proactively and drive resolution • Apply working knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC machining, sheet metal, casting, molding, etc.) to guide design and process decisions • Define material, finish, and process specifications for production parts • Evaluate supplier capabilities and factor manufacturing constraints into designs • Work closely with the Head Engineer and take independent ownership of client deliverables • Lead or co-lead virtual meetings with U.S.-based clients and internal teams • Communicate design intent, changes, and trade-offs clearly in a remote setup • Contribute to improving internal engineering workflows and standards

• Help expand the global manufacturing platform by engaging with manufacturing suppliers and companies developing new products • Identify and engage manufacturing suppliers across key technologies • Conduct onboarding discussions to understand supplier capabilities • Build relationships with manufacturing partners across Asia and other global markets • Engage companies developing new products that may benefit from design services or manufacturer matchmaking • Introduce Trustbridge’s services and explain how the platform reduces sourcing risk and accelerates product development • Identify potential project opportunities and coordinate with internal engineering teams • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and virtual meetings • Speak with engineers and product teams about manufacturing needs and sourcing challenges • Track leads, suppliers, and opportunities in CRM

• Review customer RFQs, technical drawings, and BOMs • Identify suitable suppliers based on manufacturing process, capability, and capacity • Speak directly with manufacturers (CNC, sheet metal, fabrication, casting, molding, etc.) • Assess supplier strengths, quality standards, lead times, and pricing logic • Support onboarding and vetting of new manufacturing partners • Help execute Trustbridge’s manufacturing expansion strategy in India and Southeast Asia • Map regional manufacturing capabilities and cost structures • Build long-term supplier relationships through consistent communication • Identify real-world pain points in RFQ review, quoting, and supplier coordination • Share structured feedback with product and design teams • Assist with setting up operational tools (CRM entries, RFQ tracking, supplier databases) • Act as a coordination point between customers, suppliers, and internal teams • Communicate clearly with global stakeholders via calls and email • Support supplier outreach and partnership initiatives

• Own the technical build of the first-generation Trustbridge supplier app end-to-end • Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and interns based in India • Translate business and product specifications into technical plans • Collaborate with the founder and Fractional CTO on architecture decisions

• Own the technical build of the first-generation Trustbridge supplier app end-to-end: architecture, model selection, agent design, inference layer, and production deployment. • Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 junior engineers and interns based in India. • Set the technical bar, run code reviews, and grow the team's capability. • Translate business and product specifications into buildable technical plans. • Work directly with the founder, who owns domain logic but is not a builder. • Collaborate with our Fractional CTO (background in major financial technology) on architecture decisions and technical strategy. • Once the first-generation product is in production, help shape the cross-portfolio semantic layer that connects Trustbridge, Calisade, and future ventures. • Be redeployed, over time, to new internal products and external client engagements as the practice grows.

• Work alongside the founder to define and execute Trustbridge’s growth strategy • Build and lead the operational team as the company scales • Develop internal systems and processes that support growth • Help define the roadmap for the Trustbridge supplier platform • Build relationships with product companies, engineering teams, and manufacturers • Recruit and develop the early leadership team

• Software Development: Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality features. • Code Reviews: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews to ensure best practices. • Testing & Debugging: Assist in identifying and fixing bugs, as well as optimising application performance. • Documentation: Create technical documentation for developed software and contribute to user manuals as needed. • Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools that can enhance development processes or improve the user experience.

• Supporting growth initiatives across the Vulcury venture studio • Contributing to initiatives in Search & Content Marketing, Website Optimization, Campaign Management, Email Marketing, Analytics, Public Relations, Social Media, Creative Production, and AI-Enabled Marketing • Working on real projects affecting live ventures • Gaining experience across multiple growth channels

• Research, write, and edit engaging blog posts aligned with brand voice and SEO best practices. • Develop topic ideas and content calendars based on audience insights and industry trends. • Create and manage newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails using Zoho Campaigns or similar tools. • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, or Writesonic) to enhance blog writing, keyword optimization, and campaign copy.
