• Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung von Marketingkampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle. • Verbesserung der Generierung, Erfassung, Qualifizierung und Übergabe von Leads an den Vertrieb. • Erstellung klarer Kampagnenstrukturen, Zeitpläne, KPIs und Reporting. • Zusammenarbeit mit HubSpot zur Verwaltung von Kampagnen, Listen, Workflows und Lead-Daten. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketing-Manager zur Strukturierung und Messbarkeit von Messen, Events und Kampagnen. • Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen zur Steigerung des Einflusses auf Pipeline und Kundengespräche. • Koordination von Kundenberichten, Fallstudien, Video-Inhalten und Beweis-Punkten zusammen mit Vertrieb und Kundenservice. • Unterstützung von PR, Partnerschaften und Empfehlungsinitiativen, wo sie zu unserem Wachstum beitragen. • Praktische Möglichkeiten zur Nutzung von KI-Tools und Automatisierung in der täglichen Marketingarbeit. • Einrichtung von Struktur, Verantwortung und einer praktischen Denkweise für Marketingprojekte.

Job Requirements

  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing, idealerweise in SaaS, Technologie, Food-Tech, Retail-Tech oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld.
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Marketingkampagnen von Anfang bis Ende.
  • Verständnis, wie Marketing den Vertrieb unterstützen kann und zur Pipeline beiträgt.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM- und Marketingtools, idealerweise HubSpot.
  • Strukturierte, analytische Denkweise und Freude an der Arbeit mit KPIs.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität mit dem Wunsch, nicht nur Konzepte zu erstellen sondern auch umzusetzen.
  • Erfahrung im Management von Projekten, Stakeholdern und Fristen.
  • Interesse an KI-Tools, Automatisierung und modernen Marketing-Workflows.
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen, in dem nicht alles schon definiert ist.
  • Proaktive, pragmatische Haltung und der Wille zur Eigenverantwortung.
  • Klare Kommunikation und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Deutsch ist ein Plus.
