You'll partner with Heads of Department to sharpen schemes of work, onboard new staff into our instructional model, and design professional development that sticks. You'll turn data into action: - Using learning analytics to spot students who need support or stretch. - Working with teachers to intervene early and build real independence and resilience in every learner. - Helping carry CGA's teaching vision across campuses — sharing what works, learning from colleagues, and feeding insights back to senior leadership to shape the bigger picture. Requirements - Reports to the Campus Principal, in partnership with the Senior Vice President of CGA. - Campus: Greenwich, Aoraki, or US. - Time allocation: 5 release periods. Company Description Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a world-leading online school with students in more than 30 countries and a teaching staff drawn predominantly from New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. Combined with curriculum flexibility, cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to accelerate, CGA offers an unusually rich environment for students with the drive to excel. Our academic results speak for themselves.
