Role Description You'll be the person who lifts teaching from good to exceptional. That means getting into virtual classrooms — observing, reviewing online assessment, scrutinising student work — and giving feedback that genuinely helps teachers grow. You'll partner with Heads of Department to sharpen schemes of work, onboard new staff into our instructional model, and design professional development that sticks. You'll turn data into action: - Using learning analytics to spot students who need support or stretch. - Working with teachers to intervene early and build real independence and resilience in every learner. - Helping carry CGA's teaching vision across campuses — sharing what works, learning from colleagues, and feeding insights back to senior leadership to shape the bigger picture. Qualifications - Outstanding educator who lights up when others succeed. - Believes technology should serve great teaching — not the other way around. - Loves coaching, feedback, and the craft of helping teachers improve. - Energised by data, but never loses sight of the student behind the numbers. - Wants work to matter on a global scale, not just a single classroom. Requirements - Reports to the Campus Principal, in partnership with the Senior Vice President of CGA. - Campus: Greenwich, Aoraki, or US. - Time allocation: 5 release periods. Company Description Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a world-leading online school with students in more than 30 countries and a teaching staff drawn predominantly from New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. Every one of our teachers is a subject expert, and our strong pastoral care network ensures students learn in a safe and inclusive environment. Students at CGA study at a level that matches their academic competence rather than their age, which means a significant proportion of our cohort is working ahead of their peer group. Combined with curriculum flexibility, cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to accelerate, CGA offers an unusually rich environment for students with the drive to excel. Our academic results speak for themselves.
