Circle of Greatness is growing, and we're looking for 20 Sales Setters to help drive outbound calls, engage leads, and book appointments for our coaching programs. - Make 100% outbound calls from our CRM leads (300 dials/day or 3 qualified sets). - Re-engage abandoned carts and failed payments to move leads toward enrollment. - Support monthly virtual summits and help move leads along the sales funnel. - Attend daily training and hit KPIs set by management. You will manage and mentor junior copywriters, collaborate directly with partners, and ensure every piece of communication aligns with both brand voice and revenue goals. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical — someone who understands how to craft compelling messaging and optimize it across funnels, campaigns, and web experiences.
