Role Description As the Recruiter, you’ll be empowered to develop and implement staffing strategies to recruit qualified employees, create a robust talent pipeline and establish GXO as an employer of choice. We are seeking a person with proven experience supporting rapid growth accounts, managing high volume under pressure while producing results. What you’ll do on a typical day: - Recruit for a variety of exempt and non-exempt roles - Work creatively with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure positions are filled with highly talented candidates in a seamless manner - Coordinate and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of recruiting processes and the associated paperwork related to staffing, relocation, etc. - Represent and participate in professional and college recruitment events to foster strong relationships and fill open positions - Utilize online sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience - 1 year of progressively responsible experience in HR, specifically in employment, high-volume recruiting, EEO and compliance - Experience with Microsoft Office Requirements - 2 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, specifically in employment, high-volume recruiting, EEO and compliance - Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills - Skilled with working collaboratively and effectively with a diverse team to achieve success - Solid interpersonal and customer service skills Benefits - Competitive compensation - Generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision) - 401(k) - Life insurance - Disability and more Company Description GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world. Key Responsibilities - Remotely interpret and report: - Routine EEGs - Ambulatory EEGs - Continuous EEG (cEEG), including ICU studies (as applicable) - Identify and characterize seizures, epileptiform activity, encephalopathy patterns, and other abnormal findings - Provide timely preliminary and final EEG reports in accordance with clinical urgency and service level expectations - Communicate EEG findings clearly to referring physicians, neurologists, intensivists, and advanced practice providers - Participate in multidisciplinary care coordination as needed - Collaborate with EEG technologists to ensure study quality (Provide “wet reads”) - Ensure EEG interpretations comply with ACNS guidelines, organizational policies, and regulatory standards - Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) and EEG reporting systems - Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and performance improvement activities - Utilize secure remote access platforms for EEG review and reporting - Adhere to HIPAA and data security standards in all remote work activities - Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to remote EEG viewing systems, escalating as needed Qualifications - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology (ABPN) - Certificate in Child Neurology with the ability to read neonatal to adult EEG - Board Certification in Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology strongly preferred - Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state - Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses, with company support, is required - Multistate licensure (e.g., via IMLC) is a significant plus - Eligibility for credentialing and privileging at client facilities - DEA registration (if applicable to organizational requirements) Work Environment - This is a 100% remote, telehealth position. - Must maintain a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with reliable high-speed internet to ensure HIPAA compliance and uninterrupted service. Knowledge and Skills - Advanced expertise in EEG interpretation across multiple study types - Strong diagnostic judgment with ability to work independently in a remote setting - Excellent written communication skills for concise, clinically actionable reports - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and patient safety - Comfort with telemedicine platforms and digital health technologies - Ability to manage workload efficiently while meeting turnaround time expectations - Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment Education - MD or DO from an accredited medical school - Completion of an ACGME accredited Neurology residency - Fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology and/or Epilepsy
